Welcome to vonloosdachshunds.com and shopvonloos.com, operated by Von Loos LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Michigan, USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of these sites and any products or services offered through them (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Product Orders and Payments
All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in USD. Michigan 6% sales tax will be added during the checkout process if applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. By placing a product order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We strive for accuracy but are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include up to $100 of insurance. Any additional risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

5. Intellectual Property
The sites and their content (including text, graphics, photos, etc.) are owned by Von Loos LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
By using either of our sites or purchasing any of our products, you agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes, interfere with functionality (e.g., hacking, viruses), impersonate others, provide false information, and/or harvest or collect user data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of their possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for products. See our contract regarding dachshunds.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shiawassee County, Michigan, USA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
