Return Policy for Von Loos products
If you are not 100% satisfied with a Von Loos product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, exchange, or online store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that certain products such as discounted or clearance items may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, email with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your preferred method (refund, exchange, or online store credit). We will respond within 2 business days with additional instructions.
